No. We carry a self-contained water tank and generator. All we need is a parking spot and access to the vehicle. If you do have a hose available, that is a bonus but not required.
Yes. We regularly work in apartment and condo parking lots. If your complex has any restrictions on outside vendors, let us know and we will coordinate with management.
We are based in Stone Mountain, GA and service the greater Atlanta metro area. Most nearby cities are within our standard range. For locations further out, a small trip fee may apply.
We monitor weather closely and will reach out to reschedule if conditions are not suitable. Light drizzle is usually fine for interior work, but heavy rain or storms will require a new date.
